Here at Victoria House Fireplaces, we are one of the only showrooms that actually offers a repair service!

Electric Fires

Most common repair we get through our showroom!

We can look at all electric fires (with specialization in Dimplex Optimyst products).
Repairs can take between 1 – 4 Weeks (depending on how busy the showroom is & issue of the product).

Prices start from £60 (Standard Inspection Charge). We strip the fire down, locate the issue/s and let you know the price of parts required. (In house ONLY)

Stove Perishables

We offer a service to replace any perishable part for a stove. These parts include:



Glass



Rope Seal



Firebricks



Ashpan



Grid

For door rope seal replacements, you can bring the door of the stove in, and we can replace the entire rope for you (We will need to know what stove you have prior to bringing the door in).

We will take all the old rope off, file out all the old glue in the grooves, add new glue & rope.
Prices for this service start from £45.00 (Standard Repair Charge) + parts price. (In house ONLY)

Gas Fires/Stoves

Not an in-house service, but our fitters will come out to your home and can service/repair your fire if able.

Service prices start from £80.00.

If any spare parts are needed (if still available), the engineer will let us know, and we will give you the price of the parts. (House service ONLY)
